Shipping Policy - the basics

1. Processing Time

  • Ready-to-ship items (e.g., original artworks or pre-printed items) are typically processed within 7-10 business days.

  • Print-on-demand or made-to-order artworks may require    7-10 business days for production before shipping.

  • Commissioned works have variable timelines that will be communicated and agreed upon before work begins.

Note: Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship via trusted carriers such as FedEx, DHL, USPS, depending on the destination and nature of the artwork.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (within U.S.A): 7-10 business days

  • International: 15-20 business days (subject to customs processing times)

Please note: These are estimated timeframes and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, weather conditions, carrier issues).

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of the artwork. In some cases, special shipping arrangements (e.g., for oversized original pieces) may require additional coordination and cost, which will be communicated to you in advance.

4. Packaging

All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. Packaging may vary depending on the item (e.g., flat packaging for prints, tube rolls for posters, crate or box for framed originals).

5. International Shipping & Customs

We offer international shipping to most countries.

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes that may apply in their country.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier details. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

7. Delivery Issues

  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at Penkassie@gmail.com.

  • Claims for lost or damaged items must be made within 7-10 days of the expected delivery date.

  • We are not responsible for:

    • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

    • Unclaimed or refused packages

8. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to claim the package:

  • You will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

  • If you choose not to have the item re-shipped, we may issue a partial refund (original shipping costs are non-refundable).

9. Changes to Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the effective date.
